Autumn Delight - TMS #367

Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!!    Are you ready for fall?  In our area, some leaves are already turning!  I love to see the leaves turning!  The trees are gorgeous, but it also means fall and cooler weather are on the way, and then WINTER and that (usually!) means SNOW! :)  But I'm getting ahead of myself.  Here's a fun fall card for you...

This was fun... the leaf punch that I used in the squares was my FIRST EVER punch I bought.  I got it for some fall scrapbook pages.  The squares are from a CM square punch that I got very soon after the leaf.   They are OLD!!! :D  My image is Autumn Delight from Miss Daisy Stamps.  The DP is digi paper from the Just Autumn Collection from We Are 3 Shop

Our sponsor this week is actually two sponsors and there are 3 prizes!!!!  First up we have our very own awesome former teamie - Grandma Bonnie!!!!  She now has her own digital paper shop!  WE ARE 3© SHOP

Bonnie's store is within the Miss Daisy Stamps shop, who is also sponsoring our challenge.

Hi! Please visit Miss Daisy Stamps for fun and creativity featuring exclusive digital stamp collections, exclusive digital paper collections from We Are 3© and custom watermarks. Equine thanks

**Scroll down or click HERE for my Tuesday Morning Sketches post.**

I've heard of "horse sense" but never "horse thanks" until now! ;)

I needed several thank you cards so put together some cards using images I had printed waiting to be used including this pre-colored horse and sentiment from Horses 1 and 3 from Doodle Pantry.  All the paper was from my scrap box.  A bit of ribbon and a few black adhesive pearls finished it off.

Doodle Pantry is sponsoring the always anything goes challenge for this week at Stamp Art Papel.  Be sure to come over and play along!!

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!!

Another grad card - TMS #366

Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!!  Today, I have another grad card to show you.  It will be the last... for this year.  This card was for my daughter's best friend.  They've been BFF's since we moved to NY 12 years ago!  {How did they grow up so quickly??!!??}

My DP is American Crafts Basics.  My banner is MFT Banner Day Strip die.  The sentiment is cut out using Simon Says Stamps "Tiny Tags."  My image is Digital Delights by Louby Loo's "Flower Power Daisy Graduates" and it's cut out with Spellbinders Petite Ovals.

Digital Delights by Louby Loo is our sponsor for this week's challenge!!

Here's our sketch... I hope you enjoy it! ;)

I do have a second card to show you... it has a blonde grad... this was my daughter's card...

Snowflakes - CCC #37

Hello!  I trust you are having a blessed Lord's Day today!!

My card today was fun... it has many die cuts and dry embossing... these are my 2 go-to items when I create!!

My die cuts are "Winter Wonderland" from CC Designs, "Small Snowflakes" from Sweet n Sassy Stamps, "Snowflake Cutwork" from Memory Box, Spellbinders Standard Circles, Spellbinders Petite Scalloped Circles, and Spellbinders Fancy Tags Two.  The EF is Sizzix Snowflakes.   All I needed was a bit of ribbon to finish it off.   My sentiment is a Momenta clear sentiment inked with Versafine and clear embossing powder.

This week's challenge at Christmas Card Challenges is a color challenge (optional) theme.

I hope you have time to play along!!  Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!

A White Christmas!

Are you dreaming of a "White Christmas"?  If you read my blog much, you probably know that I LOVE snow, but that's not the kind of white Christmas I'm talking about here.  I've got a white on white card (with just some color in the image) to show you... [Sorry for the funky pinkish shading of the pic!  It's not like that on the original. ??]

My image is from Doodle Pantry's French Horn PDF Card Fronts Kit.   This is a wonderful set for any last minute -or several months early- cards.  It's cut out using Spellbinders Standard Circles.  I embossed my white cardstock with CB Swiss Dots and Darice Chevron.  It's lightly embellished with ribbon and adhesive dots from my stash.

Today, Doodle Pantry is sponsoring Sweet Sketch Wednesday's challenge, so please come over and play along!!

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!!

Christmas in my heart - CCC #36

Good morning to you!  It's time for Christmas Card Challenges!!

This week, our optional challenge is a word prompt... angels.

I'm glad this is "optional"!  As you can see, my card doesn't have any angels on it.  I tried... but what I ended up with was not fit to share. :/  So I had this card ready to share, thankfully!  My paper and sentiment (which is from the paper pad, too) are Graphic 45 Christmas Carol.  (You'll be seeing lots of this in the future!!)

Please come and play along this week!!

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!!

Grad - TMS #364

Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!!   Yes, I have a grad card even though most graduations are long past.  I am slow sharing this card because I was even slower getting the gift made to go with it.  I embroidered a towel set for a young man heading off to college this fall.  I was going to add a pic below, but he hasn't received it yet, and I think he should see it first! ;

Here's the card...

My image is Kidz Graduate Boy Color from Bugaboo.  He's cut out with Spellbinders Petite Ovals.  My DP is K & Co Graduation.  The orange piece is embossed with CB Stars.  It's finished with a "grad" brad for the sentiment. ;)

This week's sponsor is our very own Melissa!!  She's got a pack of some of her favorite goodies for the winner!  I know you'll love it!!

Here's our awesome sketch for this week created by Melissa...

Love, peace, & joy - CCC #35

Do you realize it is exactly 20 weeks until Christmas??  That's only 140 days!  I am doing my best to have my cards made early, so that in the crazy rush of December, at least I won't have to stress about that!  Christmas Card Challenges #35 begins today... play along and that will help you get your cards done on time, too!

Many of my cards are mailed, so I'm really trying to keep them at least somewhat flat, but I still want them to be pretty.  I think this card fits the bill...

The DP really did most of my work.  My Cuttlebug did the rest! ;)   I used Recollections Winter Frost DP.  The sentiment is a page from that pad, too, and cut out using Spellbinders Scalloped Labels 1 and framed with Spellbinders Labels 1.   The snowflakes are Sweet n Sassy Small Snowflakes dies, and the flourish is CC Designs Winter Wonderland.   The silver paper is so shiny and pretty!!

This week's optional challenge is a photo inspiration... (Remember the only real rule is that you create a Christmas/holiday card.)  The snowflakes inspired me.  I love snow!!!!! ♥

So please play along!  When you do, be sure to check out the DT's creations and the other players, as well.  Talk about inspiration!!!  It will really get you ready to create!

Challenges...
Craftyhazelnut's Christmas #293 - vintage or anything goes (I did anything goes)
jingle belles JB:16:16 - We Three Kings (use 3 of anything -- I used 3 papers...hope that counts!)
Sweet Stampin' Christmas July - anything goes
Winter Wonderland - gold/silver or embossed BG (I used silver)

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!!

#selfie - TMS #363

Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!!

Do you like to take selfies?  I prefer "usies"!   I don't like pics of just me, so I take them with someone! :)   But my girl today is taking a selfie... and she's a cutie...

The BG panel is DCWV corrugated paper.   My image is colored with Spectrum Noir markers and cut out with CottageCutz Stitched Rectangles.   Some twine and a large flower from my stash finished it off.  Easy peasey!
The image is Camera Phone Girl from Craftin Desert Divas... our sponsor for this week's challenge!!

Here's our awesome sketch by Jessi...

Polkadoodles #30 - anything goes
Crafting With Friends #26 - anything goes

...the gate's open... - AIMPDC 20

Another month has come and gone, and it is now August.   Wow!  This summer is flying by!  I am thankful that we've been able to have some time to relax and been able to spend time with family and friends!

But it is time for Doodle Pantry's Ants in my Pantry Digital Challenge 20!  Play along with a digital image for your chance to win!  Here's my card to inspire you...

My image, sentiment, and digi paper are all from Doodle Pantry's Horses 2 and 6.  The sentiment is cut out using Simon Says Stamp Winter Gear die... it's actually a snowboard!  :D  I added some twine, a couple of buttons, and a bit of ribbon from my stash.

Please come over to the Doodle Pantry blog to play along this month with us at Doodle Pantry's Ants in My Pants Digital Challenge 20!

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!!
