A dash of this and that!

A post just like my blog title! :)  Got a few things to show you...

First, here is a card for a couple of challenges...
Clean & Simple 197 - sketch
CAS-ual Fridays: CFC60 - use text

Here is another card (no challenges) that I made to try this technique that I saw on Pinterest...
Cut butterflies in the top layer, embossed it,  pop dotted it

Here are a couple of embroidered blankets for grad gifts that should have been done last month!  (I am slow!!!)

Thanks for stopping by!!!

I'm going to go in reverse order - WOW on those blankets! What a neat gift!
I love the layered look of the butterfly card :) I should take a tip from you & post some of the 'not for a challenge' cards I've got done up...I keep being in a rush to not miss the deadlines & then forget about them!

I think those blankets are just the best gift ever for a grad, to be used but treasured, love them!

You just reminded me that I actually have an embroidery machine... where has that been hiding?

Lovely work! I especially love the grad cap and diploma.

Love your butterfly technique, I'll have to do that sometime
